So Jerry planted drugs in Sam’s apartment. I assume he did it when Sam left him alone and headed for the hot tub. Not a very smart move on her part. I guess Sam didn’t think about installing a security camera in her apartment. Sam claims to “know how Jerry thinks,” which is ridiculous. If Sam knew how Jerry thought, she would have slipped something in his wine, wouldn’t she? How else would she have gotten her hands on the PDA that may or may not have been in his pocket? I don’t think Sam has a clue how Jerry thinks. Honestly I think Jerry was on to Sam from the get go. He never believed Sam was into him. Jerry just found a way to make Sam look bad to Alexis. Lucky for Jerry he got to cop a feel a few times as a bonus.
Alexis wasn’t nearly as mad at Jerry as she should have been. Why is that? Why doesn’t Alexis call Jerry on his betrayal? I wonder what Alexis is up to? Does she really believe Jerry only kissed Sam in the hot tub to prove Sam’s disloyalty and see how far she would go? That Jerry knew exactly when Alexis would show up at the apartment? Does Alexis understand how vile Jerry really is? How calculated and dangerous he is? I think she does. I also think Alexis has her own plan to bring Jerry down. Whether or not she’ll succeed is another thing. Speaking of a plan – Jerry claimed to have a plan to see what Sam’s intentions were and if she was “guilty” of working with Karpov. That was the reason Jerry gave Alexis for being in the hot tub. Does Jerry hear himself? Who in their right mind would believe a word he says? It’s anyone’s guess what Jerry’s plan is now. He visited Sam in jail and offered her chocolate and a partnership. Is Jerry sincere or is he just trying to set Sam up for another fall?
Lucky has no idea if Sam is trust worthy. Sam pushed it to the limit with Jerry and Lucky has become a bit skeptical. I honestly think Sam loves Lucky. I think Sam’s intentions were good when she started this whole under cover work. It seems like she’s become a bit obsessed lately though. I think this is a lose, lose situation for Sam. She probably won’t be able to prove a thing where Jerry is concerned and she’ll lose Lucky in the process.
Anthony was right when he called Claudia “devious and treacherous.” Finally it seems like Claudia has a great deal of power. Claudia’s loving that she’s in the position to “make or break the deal” between Sonny and Anthony. I wonder who her lucky groom will be? Sonny? I doubt it. Ric? Maybe so. Jason? I’m guessing not. Realistically, I can’t see Jason marrying Claudia. Judging by the look on Ric’s face when Claudia told him about the impending wedding, I’m guessing it was a big surprise to him. Why didn’t Claudia propose her marriage plan to Ric? “If I become the 25th Mrs. Sonny Corinthos,” Claudia told Jason. I think you already were Mrs. Sonny Corinthos, Claudia – in another life, um I mean character. No offence but Jason and Claudia’s almost wedding didn’t do much for me. It paled in comparison to Jason’s Vegas wedding to Brenda.
Lately it seems as if Jason is confiding more in his comrades, Carly and Spinelli. Jason knows he can completely trust those two no matter what. Granted, Carly can sometimes be over the top. But, she would never intentionally betray or hurt Jason. Lately Jason’s been telling Carly some big time secrets. The same goes for Spinelli. It’s true Spinelli can sometimes grate on Jason’s nerves. It’s also true that Jason will never find a more dedicated and loyal “grasshopper” than Spinelli.
Raise your hand if you want Luke and Tracy to cross the boarder already. Enough of them in the Mexican bar. It’s time for Luke to return to Port Charles and be Lulu’s father.
Scotty finally knows the truth about Logan’s death. That can’t be good for Lulu. What it can be good for is Laura fans like me. What else but the love and protection of a child could bring Laura out of her catatonic state? I kind of like how Scotty brought Laura out of her catatonia. When Laura was brought back the last time (real, not imagined), Scotty wasn’t even living in Port Charles. From what I’ve read, this time around Scotty will have lots of interaction with Laura. I hope there’s some GH history with this story.
Is Scotty having some sort of midlife crisis or something? Scotty wants Laura to fall in love with him again? Isn’t he a little old to be acting so ridiculous? As for Laura - she doesn’t have a very realistic view of Scotty, does she? As if the mere fact that Lulu is Laura’s daughter makes any difference to Scotty. He could care less who Lulu is. Why would he have “compassion” for Lulu just because she’s Laura’s daughter? Scotty is all about Scotty. He always has been and he always will be.
So this week should be interesting when Luke finds out what Scotty is up to.
