It's nice watching Ethan and Lucky bond as brothers. Maybe it has something to do with Lucky's falling out with Nikolas. But I think it goes deeper. I think Lucky craves the family connection. Lucky had such a dysfunctional childhood running from place to place and being unable to put down roots. It seems he needs a home base and a big part of that comes from his
siblings. I've never seen much bonding between Lucky and Lulu but Nikolas was a different story. Once Nik and Lucky bonded as brothers, it was a beautiful thing. It's nice to see Lucky getting closer with Luke, and in the process he's getting closer with Ethan.
How funny is the idea of Tracy divorcing Luke and marrying Ethan? It's really, really funny. "It's incest," Luke shouted. There's a great, natural element of comedy between Luke, Tracy, and Ethan. The look on Luke's face was priceless when Tracy was explaining how he would be her "father in law." And Ethan calling Tracy "spankie" – I'm still laughing at that comment.
Well ouch – "this union works better for me than anything I've ever known" Did Luke really say that to Tracy? What happened to the years he spent with Laura? Couldn't Luke have said that in a way that didn't disrespect his relationship with Laura? I'm stumped with that one. Someone help me out here, please.
Sonny was so close to telling Dante the truth about Michael – and then Jason arrived. I wish Dante would learn the truth already. He's obviously all for protecting Michael – just wait until he finds out that Michael killed Claudia. Dante is so torn over Michael. I don't think he has any loyalty to Sonny yet. But he's clearly worried about Michael. I think Sonny should tell Dante the truth. That way, Dante can make his choice on who to give his loyalty to – his family or his job. I'm betting Dante will choose his family, especially his siblings.
So I'm a bit disappointed in Max. Isn't he committed to Diane? Why is he drinking and flirting with some island girl then? Why is Max behaving like a sex starved college boy? Come on Max – wake up – you have a classy, intelligent, and beautiful woman at home. Grow up already! I thought Max was a loyal, mature, and trustworthy guy – now I'm not so sure. Milo gets a free pass since he's young and single.
When will Kiefer get what's coming to him? I was sure he would head to the Haunted Star and catch Kristina flirting with Ethan. Or else he'd find her on her way home and get violent. Instead he lurked around outside her house and waited for Sam to leave. Why did Kristina open that door and let him in? She didn't even look to see who it was – it was like a bad horror movie. And how badly will Kiefer beat her this time? I can only hope Ethan saves the day. Kiefer is completely out of control. The kid needs to spend some time in lock up. And he needs some serious counseling and anger management classes. It does make me wonder what kind of father Kiefer has. Is he abusive? Is Kiefer a victim of abuse? Kiefer's father is supposed to come on the canvas soon in the form of Bradley Cole (Jeffrey, Guiding Light), so hopefully we'll learn more about what makes this kid such a ticking time bomb.
