It's a little strange to see Lucky getting advice from Jason of all people. Lucky really poured his heart out to Jason about Elizabeth and his bitterness toward her. Lucky also made it very clear that those kids are important to him, no matter what happens with Elizabeth. Jason was really affected listening to Lucky talk about Jake and his favorite toys. I think this whole situation has created a strange sort of bond between Jason and Lucky. I think they'll eventually be friends. It's obvious they respect each other. But I think things will develop further.
Elizabeth grew up "and she's poison to me," Lucky told Luke. Wow – Lucky finally gets it. He 's finally accepted the fact that it's over between the two of them. Now that he's come to terms with things, I hope Lucky finds himself a nice woman and settles down. It was so nice to hear Lucky tell Elizabeth the truth – that he can't "forgive" her and they simply don't have a future together.
Elizabeth needs some serious counseling. She needs to work on her relationship with herself before she can even consider getting involved with another man, especially Nikolas. Elizabeth was a mess when she first came to town and I don't think much has changed. Her actions are clearly a cry for help – always picking the wrong man, having kids when she's not in a stable relationship. I think so much of that comes from Liz's relationship with her own family, specifically her father, Jeff. It seems like the only one Liz has a connection with is Steven. He better move quickly if he wants to save little sister.
Ok, can someone please shake Ethan? While you're at it, tell him to stay away from Johnny and his "business." No good can come from Ethan working with Johnny. I want Ethan to be "normal," whatever that means. For that matter, it would be nice to see Johnny "normal" too. He needs to cut the family tie for good. I bet Carly would give Johnny a job at the hotel. It's obvious Carly likes Johnny so I could see her reaching out to him.
Here we go again. Speaking of someone who needs a shake, can we talk Kristina? She's taking her abusive boyfriend back and giving him yet another chance? Why? She needs to not give up so easily on Ethan. Forget about what Sam says and thinks – Kristina needs to muster up her courage and give Ethan a shot. I don't think it would take much convincing either.
I'm assuming Helena paid off the lab tech to ensure that Nikolas is the baby daddy. I guess she feels like she can manipulate Nikolas somehow. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm sure Helena has something big and devious up her designer sleeve.
I really like Claire. Granted, she's working against Jason and Sonny, but I like her style. She's a tough and "in your face" attorney and I admire that. It's so nice to see a strong woman on the canvas. The only thing missing is a sense of humor. Claire is a little too tightly wound – she needs to loosen up just a bit. But I like her and hope to see much more of her.
So Dante is inching toward learning the truth about Claudia's murder. Honestly I think once Dante learns the truth, he'll protect Michael. I can't see Dante giving up his brother after all that kid has been through. I think when it comes right down to it, Dante's loyalty is with his family – or at least with his siblings.
