Enough already with Sam’s redemption and reformation. Why is Sam getting all the credit for Jake’s rescue? Why must we continue to put Sam on a pedestal? Sam is a criminal and a con artist, not even close to a hero. She also watched as baby Jake was snatched up by an emotionally unstable woman. Why then does Sam deserve forgiveness?
Alexis – where to start? She was on her “I was playing Jerry” soapbox again. I find it very hard to believe that Alexis was on to Jerry from the start. I think she fooled around with him because she was attracted to him. I can’t blame her there. But I think Alexis needs to be honest with herself on that one. I would buy that Alexis was suspicious of Jerry but I don’t believe she knew or cared, or even comprehended what he was truly capable of.
Poor Mac. He seems to be suffering from “foot in mouth” syndrome. He gave Maxie a choice and she chose Spinelli. So Mac comes out the loser on this one. This isn’t a complaint, just an observation. Anyway, it’s always a good day when I can look at Mac’s handsome face. It’s an especially good day when Mac interacts with Maxie or Robin. So for me, Thursday was an exceptionally good day with Mac in the park giving Robin parenting advice. I wish Robin wasn’t being written as such a nitwit of a new mother. What happened to her confidence in herself? I’m finding this version of Robin to be extremely unrealistic. This is an intelligent, capable, and vibrant young woman. Suddenly she can’t cope with motherhood? I think it’s a bit disrespectful to this character.
Carly is the queen of manipulations. She’s my new hero. Carly can one up someone better than any other person can. I love this woman. And yes, she did look better in the dress than Kate. My only complaint is this - why must Carly continue to beg Jax to give her another chance? She needs to cut her losses and move on with someone else.
Olivia is wearing thin. Why is she in the middle of everything? Suddenly she gets knifed and insists on being taken to Sonny. I’m with the new Mrs. Corinthos on this one. Why not take Olivia to the hospital where she can be treated correctly?
How much more must we endure of Nikolas’ adventure down on the farm? I think the consensus is that this story is neither interesting nor amusing. We need for it to go away.
Liason are over – at least for now. I think it's sad how Jason walked away from his almost relationship alone. Elizabeth still has her children. That's really sad. And poor Jason will never have a "mate" because of his dangerous life. I think Jason is at the point where he doesn't want anyone hurt because of him. Look at Spinelli for example - Jason says it's time for the kid to get his own place for safety reasons.
Elizabeth didn’t seem as upset as I expected her to be. Maybe Elizabeth never truly believed she would have a life with Jason. I don’t think Elizabeth believed 100% that they would ever be together - as in she didn't let herself believe, so it wouldn’t be as painful if it didn't happen. Maybe that's why she didn't seem as upset as Jason by their breakup? Elizabeth definitely seems affected, but so far I don't see the sadness and devastation I see in Jason.
I've heard people talk about wanting Elizabeth to be written out if and when Steve Burton ever leaves. What I mean is having the two of them and the kids leave town together as a family, with Jason leaving the mob and choosing a different life. A Liason "happily ever after" as it were.
So here's the big question for the Liasonites - If you only had two choices, would you rather see Jason and Elizabeth apart like they are now or would you rather see them ride off into the sunset together, happy?
