(UNIVERSAL CITY, CA)  Popular country band Rowdy will play at Saddle Ranch/Universal City Walk, on Saturday, September 27, 2003 from 8:15-10:15 PM. The Hall Twins will also sign autographs and meet with their fans after the show. And ya know what?  Admission is free

Rowdy is the brainchild of singer/songwriter, Seth Hall (Reese, PAS) and his identical twin brother, Bruce Michael Hall (Joey, OLTL).  The country band mixes and matches styles from Elvis to Hank Williams, Jr.

Raised on a farm in St. Joseph, MO, Seth and Bruce have played the club circuit across the country from Kansas City to Los Angeles since 1990 and headlined in Nashville at Soap Fan Fair.

As lead vocalist, Seth derived his inspiration from such famed front men as David Allen Coe, Elvis Presley, Merle Haggard, and Waylon Jennings, all of whose on-stage personalities and musical contributions remain apocryphal. When not co-writing lyrics with Seth, Bruce, who also plays traditional stand-up base, joins in the harmonies.

Interestingly, Bruce created the role of Reese on Passions, but when the role went from contract to recurring, he was wooed away to One Life to Live for the contract role of Joey Buchanan.  It was a no brainer for Passions big wigs to offer the recurring role of Reese to Bruce’s identical real-life twin, Seth, who after some deliberation accepted the job.  Talk about life imitating art, or art imitating life. How many times in soaps have we seen an actor leave the show, only to return as his twin brother?   This time the real-life twin brother replaced the actor who left the show!  LOL. Only in daytime!
