Days stars travel back to the 60's in NBC guest roles

Daytime and Prime Time Collide on NBC Sunday, February 22, 2004!

In a rare cross promotion, stars of Days of our Lives will appear this Sunday on NBC's American Dreams.

With the best of 60's rock and roll as a springboard, American Dreams is an hour long drama, set in mid-1960's Philadelphia. It deals with the racial unrest of that time, the war in Vietnam, and one teen girl's dream come true as a regular dancer on Dick Clark's American Bandstand.

On Sunday, February 22, 2004 at 8 PM, DOOL stars Alison Sweeney (Sami), Farah Fath (Mimi) pictured at right, along with John Aniston (Victor), and Frances Reid (Alice) make their American Dreams debut.  Sweeney plays Miss USA and Fath is the 1965 Playboy Playmate of the Year.  Don't they look fabu?

And if you think that's fun, wait till you hear this!  John Aniston (Victor) and Frances Reid (Alice) visit the Pryor TV & Radio store owned by Jack Pryor (Tom Verica), and guess what's playing on the TV sets in the store?  The very first episode of Days of our Lives!

The Sneak Peek at the Show!

After running away from home, Meg (Brittany Snow) decides she needs a new look and enlists Roxanne (Vanessa Lengies) for a makeover. A worried Helen (Gail O'Grady) finds Meg staying at Roxanne's, and asks her to return home, but her relationship with her parents continue to be strained until something drastic happens with her boyfriend.

In addition to dealing with his problems at home, Jack (Tom Verica) realizes that he has some issues at work with Henry (Jonathan Adams), and makes a pivotal decision that will change the future of Pryor TV & Radio. On the other side of the world, JJ (Will Estes) and the troops are entertained by the USO, a much needed distraction as JJ struggles with the realities of war.

Chris Isaak ("Let Me Down Easy," "The Chris Isaak Show") guest stars as Roy Orbison singing, "Pretty Woman." Jennifer Love Hewitt reprises her role as Nancy Sinatra with "These Boot Are Made for Walking", and "Sunny."

NBC's "Days Of Our Lives" guest stars with Alison Sweeney as Miss USA, Farah Fath as a Playboy Bunny, John Aniston as a man seeking employment at Pryor TV & Radio, and Frances Reid as a woman watching the premiere episode of "Days Of Our Lives" in the store. Tyler Hilton guest stars as a singer singing the Beatles "I've Just Seen a Face." Rachel Boston, Ethan Dampf, Arlen Escarpeta, Sarah Ramos also star. TV-PG

John Aniston (Victor, DOOL) arrives at Pryor TV & Radio seeking employment.  Would you buy a used TV from this man? LOL.  Well, in thinking it through, he probably does need a job now that Victor has bit the bullet on DOOL.
