Las Vegas premiers Monday, September 22, 2003 at 10 PM on NBC.

About the Show

From Gary Scott Thompson -- the writer of the hit film “The Fast and the Furious” -- comes this fast-paced, sexy drama, which follows the elite Las Vegas surveillance team charged with maintaining the security of one of “Sin City’s” largest resorts and casinos.

Josh Duhamel and James Caan (Danny and Ed, VEGAS)Oscar and Golden Globe Award nominee James Caan (“The Godfather,” “Misery”) stars as Big Ed Deline, the head of the surveillance team for the Montecito Resort & Casino. With his protégé, Danny McCoy (Josh Duhamel, “All My Children”) an ex-U.S. Marine and Las Vegas native, they deal with card-counting cheaters, costly streaks of random luck and rival casinos stealing their big-money players.

If the typical job-related pressures weren’t enough, Big Ed recently found Danny in bed with his only daughter, Delinda (Molly Sims, MTV’s “House of Style”).

Vanessa Marcil and Josh Duhamel (Sam and Danny, VEGAS)Rounding out this cast of high rollers is Danny McCoy’s longtime, savvy friend -- and soon to be director of special events -- Mary Connell (Nikki Cox, “Nikki”), the all-knowing valet Mike Cannon (James Lesure, “For Your Love”), sleek pit boss Nessa Holt a.k.a. “The Ice Queen” (Marsha Thomason, “Black Knight”) and elusive former competitor Samantha “Sam” Jane (Vanessa Marcil, “Beverly Hills, 90210”).

Thompson also serves as executive producer along with Gardner Stern (NBC’s “Law & Order,” “NYPD Blue”), Scott Steindorff (“The Human Stain”), Justin Falvey (“Undeclared”) and Darryl Frank (“Taken”). Michael Watkins (NBC’s “American Dreams,” “Boomtown”) is co-executive producer and director for this series from NBC Studios and DreamWorks Television.

Past Blast

Days of our Lives: Lauren Koslow loves feeding the animals

"Just call me farm girl," is how Lauren Koslow, (Kate, Days of our Lives), describes her time away from the set.

"I live on a farm on the outskirts of town. I have a long commute to the studio, but I love living on the farm," Koslow said "You can not beat the tranquility and the stress level is low. My home is complete with farm animals (horses, chickens, goats) that I actually feed, and I grow vegetables. I also want to add that my list of animals is growing, and I do live in paradise."

Koslow has been playing the vivacious and vindictive Kate Roberts/DiMeara since 1996 and said that she is quite the opposite of her character. First she said that playing Kate, whom she calls a "Bad ass" type, is usually reserved for guys, but she loves tackling the part, especially she said, when going up against Stefano (Joseph Mascolo).
