If I am not mistaken, for the first time -- or at least the first time in recent history -- there will be no fans inside the theatre for the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Entertainment Awards this Sunday, August 30th at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

Boo hoo.

The reason being that the

Orpheum is a much smaller venue than say the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, home of the Daytime Emmys for the past few years, or Radio City Music Hall in NYC or Madison Square Garden in NYC which took turns hosting the Daytime Emmys when the show was broadcast from NY.

But fear not.  There is still a way for fans to be part of Daytime's biggest night.  Bleechers will be set up outside the theatre in full view of the Red Carpet, and you're invited to come on down!

But why not get the scoop directly from the President of NATAS himself...  Take it away Frank!

Past Blast

Days of our Lives’ Jen Lilley ~ a Christmas CD and a movie, too! Ho! Ho! Ho!

Jen Lilley, (Theresa, Days of our Lives) dreamt about doing a Christmas album since she was a child, and this year, her dream becomes reality with her new CD, Tinsel Town! Not only is the CD available now, Christmas 2015 is guaranteed to be doubly rosy and bright for her, because she will also light up the screen in the Lifetime holiday film, The Spirit of Christmas.

"I'm all over," she said with a laugh. "In addition to playing Theresa, I have been busy. I have many goals and that is to accomplish a lot in this business. I also have about 15 careers in mind that I want to fulfill someday. I'm busy and want to be in everything," she said. But Days of our Lives fans fear not. "My first love is playing Theresa with all my heart," Lilley shared.
