Gift vendors included KMart, Vera Bradley, Nonni Biscotti, Nature Made Sam-e Complete, Joico, Lierac Paris, the Skorcher, Caravan Boutique, Treasureknit.com and Anne Koplik Designs Vintage Inspired Jewelry.

Here's a peek at what went on behind closed doors as daytime celebs visited with gift vendors...

Sherri ShephardSherri Shepherd is now ready for the beach!  “The View” co-host was excited about picking up her Kmart gift collection, featuring a Joe Boxer cami and Martha Stewart beach towel for her upcoming trip to Costa Rica!  Kristen Storms of “General Hospital” was just recently in the market for a bicycle and Google-ed Kmart!  She loved the Martha Stewart towel, said “this is perfect for tanning.”  Kassie DePaiva of “One Life to Live” shared that she shops at Kmart’s Penn Station, NYC location!  Finola Hughes is a big fan of Kmart, she was wearing Kmart’s Joe Boxer brand underwear!

Daytime legend Susan Lucci (Erica, All My Children) loves Vera Bradley’s new Vera Bradley Raspberry Fizz Duffle, noting the pattern “reminds me of Provence.”  Art really imitates life for Christel Khalil of “The Young & the Restless”!  It turns out that Christel’s character on the show carries a Vera Bradley gym bag!  She’ll now have one of her very own, the Vera Bradley Raspberry Fizz Duffle!  Kristen Storms of “General Hospital” has had Vera Bradley envy for a while!  Her roommate has a five piece collection, she’s so excited to start her own! Susan Haskell of “One Life to Live” was excited that Vera Bradley has a line that benefits breast cancer; she also mentioned that her husband is writing a book to benefit children’s cancers. Montel Williams allowed his wife, Tara, to make the decision at Vera Bradley – she opted for a matching set of accessories to go with her new Vera Bradley Raspberry Fizz Duffle!

Susan Lucci (Erica, All My Children)Daytime stars were excited to put their signature and words of encouragement on pink Nonni mugs that will be auctioned off to raise money and awareness of the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation.  “Young and the Restless” star Daniel Goddard wrote “Let’s find a cure.”  Daytime Emmy’s co-host Sherri Shepherd loved the caramel latte flavored Nonni and that she was going to be receiving a lifetime supply of the delicious biscotti!  She was just about to eat a second but stopped and said “I can’t, if I do, I may not fit into my dress!!”  Nonni’s work with Susan G. Komen was meaningful to Finola Hughes, she shared that her Mom passed away from breast cancer, she was really pleased to be able to help in some way!  Kassie DePavia of “One Life to Live” declared “I love biscotti.”

Expect lots of smiling faces as a “good mood” takes over Daytime!  That’s right Daytime TV’s hottest stars scooped up a “Discover Your Good Mood Essentials Kit” which included a 6-month supply of SAM-e Complete and took advantage of the complimentary mini massages provided by SAM-e complete in the Gift Lounge! Brandon Buddy of “One Life to Live” shared that he takes vitamins regularly and was excited to incorporate SAM-e into his wellness regimen.  Ricky Paull Goldin who’s been tapped as a host SoapNet’s live red carpet pre-show said he was excited to give SAM-e a try!  Jason Cook of “General Hospital” took some time out for an on-site massage and was familiar with SAM-e, said that it was “Happy medicine without the drugs!”  Kristen Storms of “General Hospital” was interested in the stress-relief benefits of SAM-e.  Cornelius Smith, Jr. of “Days of our Lives” was excited to try SAM-e and shared some advice on how he handles people putting him in a bad mood.  “I take deep breaths and try to get over it.”

Brandon Beemer,  Nadia BjorlinWho knew that Soap stars were so low maintenance when it comes to primping for the Daytime Emmy’s?  “One Life to Live” stars Susan Haskell, Kassie DePaiva and Kristen Alderson were very excited to receive an exclusive preview of JOICO’s new Recovery Beauty line of hair care products, they all shared that they’d be doing their own hair & make-up for the awards!  You go girls!

Melody Thomas Scott of “The Young & the Restless” says “You always need eye cream!” while scooping up Lierac’s new Diopticreme.  And who says guys don’t care about beauty products??  Bradford Anderson of “General Hospital” said “I need some anti-puffy eye cream, can you send me some?”  “I don’t want to get jowls!”  He scooped up Lierac’s Dioptigel.  Tyler Christopher of “General Hospital” will visit the NYC spa for a facial next time he’s in town.  Daniel Cosgrove “Guiding Light” as he approached the Lierac station, said “Are you trying to tell me something?”  Like I need a facial and anti-wrinkle cream?”  Ricky Paull Goldin asked if the products were “bi-sexual,” he meant unisex!  Marcy Ryan of “Guiding Light” was running late for a party but said she loved the MesoLift serum, it feels light and smells delicious!  Kassie DePaiva of “One Life to Live” an avid horse-back rider said she’s always outside and her skin gets dehydrated, she’s excited to try the Hydra-Chrono. Susan Lucci mentioned she had her own skincare line, but would love to take advantage of the gift certificate for a facial or hair treatment at Phyto Universe in NYC.

Sherri Shepherd of “The View,” declared “I’m a black woman without a butt and I want a butt!  Shepherd climbed on to the machine, after a quick demo, exclaimed “Now I can feel a butt!!” Don Diamont of “The Young & the Restless” was excited to add this machine to his at-home gym. 

It’s vacation time for “The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd!  As she scooped up designer tops at the Caravan Boutique gift station. She excitedly mentioned that after her co-hosting duties at the Daytime Emmy’s, she’s headed to Costa Rica for some much-needed R&R!  You can expect to see ”Guiding Light” star Marcy Rylan in some hip new duds, she picked out a dress and three tops from Caravan Boutique!  Soap opera vet and SoapNet live Red Carpet show host Finola Hughes loved what she scooped up from Caravan Boutique so much that she took pictures of herself with her cell-phone camera and had them instantly added to her website!

Susan Haskell “One Life to Live” -  When she picked up her TreasureKnit.com blanket featuring a photo she had sent in advance, she remarked:  “This is gorgeous.  I was going to give it to my Mother-in-law but I want to keep this for myself!”

Ricky Paull Goldin – “My dog, Elle MacPherson, will look awesome on a TreasureKnit.com color blanket!”

Robert Scott Wilson (Ben Rodgers, Days of our Lives), has a plan in motion, and that is, he hopes to stay in Salem and continue in the role that he loves.

"Without out a doubt, I want to be around. I'm having a blast playing him," Wilson said. "The character of Ben has a lot to offer. I trust the writers' who are doing a fantastic job. I love being able to take Ben in different directions. There is more to him than tending bar, or meets the eye."
