Episode #11235----Brady fires Nicole's public defender, and decides to pay for a better lawyer. Nicole wonders why he's doing this for her. Hiding his true feeling from her, Brady says he's paying back the generosity others showed him when he was in need. Nicole is touched. Later, He tries to tell Arianna about Nicole, but decides not to damper her good mood, and keeps it to himself. Later, Nicole recalls hearing the woman's voice, and realizes she recognizes it.

The mystery woman receives a call from a familiar face, who wishes her a Merry Christmas. After the call, the woman resets her motive for taking Sydney: Revenge.

Melanie and Philip both deny to the other about having second thoughts about ignoring Christmas. Justin tells Philip that Christmas is meaningful because it's spent with those you love. Meanwhile, Melanie sees Nathan and Stephanie kissing under the mistletoe and Stephanie lets her assume it meant more than it really did. Once Melanie leaves, however, Nathan tells Stephanie he's looking forward to more kisses under the mistletoe with her. Off his conversation with Justin, Philip takes Melanie to an inn decorated for Christmas. He not only wants to spend Christmas with her, he wants to spend the rest of his life with her and asks Melanie to marry him.

While T tells Will that Mia knew all along she accepted two dates, Chad tells Mia he wishes he was going to the dance with her instead of Gabi. When Gabi enters looking amazing, Chad chokes on his words, and is quite taken with her. Mia is jealous and Will confronts Mia about lying about the dates. Mia apologizes and Will accepts, but needs to call his mom to learn if there's any progress in finding Sydney. Mia goes to the dance ahead of him. On her way, she stops in dismay when she sees Chad and Gabi slow dancing on the pier.
