Vivian's been locked inside the sarcophagus for a couple of weeks now, and it doesn't look like anyone will be coming to her rescue anytime soon. When Nicole finds out what's going on, she has no problem keeping mum. Later, Vivian realizes that she was seduced by Brady, thus why she's keeping a lid on what she knows.
