After sending the kids off to school, Brooke has breakfast with her siblings. Storm is refreshed by the progress he is making with his therapy. His sisters turn quiet as Storm gives all the credit for his freedom to Stephanie, making her sound selfless and caring. After Storm leaves for his appointment, the conversation around the breakfast table turns heavy and demanding. Katie and Brooke believe Donna and Eric are playing a risky game sneaking around in their “love nest.” Donna defends the secret meetings she's having with Eric and the fact that they are hiding them from Stephanie. Her sisters are still concerned that a few stolen moments could cost Storm his freedom and life.
Eric and Stephanie announce to the kids that he is home with the woman he loves. Ridge doesn’t buy the convenient story. His questions in private to Stephanie spark doubts in Stephanie‘s mind.
Donna had called Eric and asked to meet at their place. In Eric’s absence, Stephanie begins calling around the building looking for Eric and soon wonders exactly where he could be.
Stephanie warns Brooke that Donna had better keep her part of the deal, or else Stephanie will go to the police. Meanwhile, Eric won’t hear of cooling things off and pulls Donna into a passionate kiss.
