Susan Flannery (Stephanie Forrester, Bold & the Beautiful)

Eric and Donna find themselves in a never ending lip lock. It seems as though they are determined to let everyone in LA find them in a compromising position. Oh well, at least they are upright and clothed. This time, Eric pulls away before another person can discover their affair and pass quick judgment. Donna can tell that Felicia and the thought of Stephanie returning is getting to Eric. Donna expresses her belief that Stephanie will never show her face in town again, but even if she does, Stephanie cannot be forgiven. Eric does feel badly for Brooke and guilty by association, but there is still a little string of something keeping him connected to Stephanie.

Eric would rather concentrate on what he has at the moment. His kids and grandkids, his company, and the beautiful blonde that has fallen in love with him. Stephanie is out of his mind once more when his lips touch Donna's. Little do either of them know, but Stephanie is back!

Stephanie has arrived home, driven by her mother. Stephanie finds returning to the house and facing her husband to be more difficult than she had thought. Stephanie hesitates but constant berating from her mother pushes her out of the car and onto the doorstep of her home. Ready to face the firing squad, Steph tries the door but finds it is locked. She bangs on the oversized door calling out for Eric or Rosa the maid.

Startled! Eric sends Donna to the terrace instructing her not to make a sound. Eric answers the door. The second the door is open,  tephanie is back to the self-assured confidant woman she was before the rape incident. Eric doesn’t greet Stephanie warmly. She realizes he isn’t so willing to just get over this latest sin. Stephanie asks, then turns to begging, for Eric to forgive her and not end their marriage. Donna listens from the terrace hanging on every word, hoping Eric will choose her and let his past finally be at rest.

Taylor  knows the donor is just feet away but Nick is acting strange and won’t let her meet the mother. After visiting with her son, Taylor approaches the subject again, whining “it isn’t fair you got to meet her and I can’t.”  Nick doesn’t give an explanation leading Taylor to believe something is wrong. Nick begins to explain. Taylor is definitely sharper than Brooke, she begins to piece together what Nick is trying to say in a timely manner, considering how ludicrous the whole chain of events is. As Nick goes on, Taylor assumes the “Marrone egg” was that of Bridget without considering Brooke. She is relieved to learn the mother is not Bridget, but the truth is more than she can handle.

Nick tells her the real mother was Brooke. Taylor goes ballistic. She cannot be consoled and blames Brooke, claiming Brooke has stolen everything from Taylor her entire adult life. Nick tries to calm his wife but she will not let him touch her or speak to her.  At a loss, finally Taylor throws herself on to the bed weeping uncontrollably and Nick can do nothing but stare out the window.
Brooke makes her way to Taylor’s room and to her bedside. Brooke reaches out, gently touching Taylor on the shoulder and sweetly calling her name. Taylor turns to look Brooke in the eye. Her expression and eyes reveal pure hate for Brooke.

They say it takes a village to raise a child. Can the families come together and find peace to raise this baby boy if he lives? Or, will Taylor’s long-time hate and distrust of Brooke finally simmer over; resulting in the fight of both their lives, for the love of the same man (baby boy Marrone)?

Really well done recap, Dani Roe. Thanks. I can't think of anything else to add. Anybody else have additional comments? I was actually reading the paper while the show was on! My bad... LOL

Days of our Lives: Lauren Koslow loves feeding the animals

"Just call me farm girl," is how Lauren Koslow, (Kate, Days of our Lives), describes her time away from the set.

"I live on a farm on the outskirts of town. I have a long commute to the studio, but I love living on the farm," Koslow said "You can not beat the tranquility and the stress level is low. My home is complete with farm animals (horses, chickens, goats) that I actually feed, and I grow vegetables. I also want to add that my list of animals is growing, and I do live in paradise."

Koslow has been playing the vivacious and vindictive Kate Roberts/DiMeara since 1996 and said that she is quite the opposite of her character. First she said that playing Kate, whom she calls a "Bad ass" type, is usually reserved for guys, but she loves tackling the part, especially she said, when going up against Stefano (Joseph Mascolo).
