As one door closes, another opens and Soapdom is overjoyed to confirm that Hillary B. Smith (Nora, One Life to Live) has been cast in the role of psychiatrist, "Dr. Stacy," on The Bold and the Beautiful. Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley P. Bell announced this hot casting move today saying...

"Hillary is a formidable actress with a powerful screen presence," said Bell. "I look forward to collaborating on this new and dynamic character with her on The Bold and the Beautiful."

Wayne Brady to appear on The Bold and the BeautifulSinger, dancer, gameshow host and the very funny improve comedian, Wayne Brady, will guest star on the Bold and the Beautiful early this year. 

He will play himself, as host of Let's Make Deal, when fashion world denizens, Pam (Ally Mills) and Nick (Jack Wagner) take a stab at "coming on down" when they appear in character on the game show.  Also appearing in this episode will be Let's Make a Deal announcer, Jonathan Magnum and model Tiffany Coyne.

Susan Flannery (Stephanie, Bold and the Beautiful)B&B again takes on a major social issue.  In two stand-alone episodes airing Tuesday, December 13 and Wednesday, December 14, The Bold and the Beautiful adds another page to its history book of bringing social awareness to viewers.  This time, B&B joins forces with United Friends of the Children (UFC) to help enlighten viewers of the plight of young adults who age out of the foster care system.

"Through our partnership with UFC, we are able to alert our viewers to the predicament facing our nation's young adults who have aged out of the foster care system", says The Bold and the Beautiful's Executive Producer and Head Writer, Bradley P. Bell. "It is also another step in the journey of the character of 'Stephanie Forrester' to continue to keep her promise to help those less fortunate than herself."
