{mosimage}Episode #12,858----Lucinda accuses Dusty of arranging a business trip so he can avoid Lucy. He doesn’t want to talk about it. Dusty leaves Johnny with a sitter and heads out. His flight, however, is delayed on the runway by a sudden, freak storm. He doesn’t get the voicemail from his sitter saying the baby has a fever. Lucy comes by and insists Johnny needs to go to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Emily is convinced Meg is following her. Meg calls Paul and tells him she can’t do this anymore. Emily sneaks to Tom and Margo’s in order to steal Daniel’s passport and, eventually, Daniel. Henry urges her to give it up. Emily insists. Henry tips off Meg. Meg calls Emily and tells her to come talk to Meg – or she’ll be talking to the police.

Across town, Casey wonders if Gwen is sure she wants to leave Will. She insists she does. Casey loans her his car for the day. Meanwhile, Will urges Jade to go out and find a job. He even gives her a wad of cash for new clothes and loans her his car. Gwen’s car stalls… and Will comes to the rescue.

At the same time, Mike changes his mind and decides to go for fertility testing just as Katie (off some advice from Nancy) decides to drop the issue and apologize to Mike. At home, she sets a romantic scene, while Mike tries to get home in the storm.

Days of our Lives' Brendan Michael Coughlin enjoys playing Tad and being a new dad

When asked what it is like to play Tad on Days of our Lives, Brendan Michael Coughlin shouts exuberantly, "I love him!"

Coughlin has been playing the so-called behind the scenes instigator for the last two years. He has no family that is ever mentioned on the show, but he is there. He came on as Will's (Guy Wilson) best friend, but when it became clear that Will was gay, Tad did everything but bash and degrade and mock him. The irony? At the recent wedding of Will and Sonny (Freddie Smith), he was best man. Go figure!

"I know. It has been a wild ride. I did a whole turn around, and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed doing the wedding. I really enjoy playing this guy. He is a total goof-off. He means well, but is always on the wrong side of the rope." Coughlin said. "I have grown to love him. He is comic relief. I always had dramatic roles, so this is fun."
