Later, Margo is investigating the car that hit Elwood and surmises that even though it is Matt's it was probably stolen before the accident. She asks Alison to summon the missing Matt to a warehouse and call Margo if he gets in touch with her. Alison is waylaid at the hospital by Mark Vero, who reveals he's still on drugs and is the
culprit. He gets her to leave with him by threatening to hurt Casey. He takes her to the warehouse where she was to have met Matt, and he prepares to drug her and frame Matt.
Episode #13,470----Casey tells Alison he wants a "do over" but she's unwilling unless he settles things with Jade. Meanwhile, Lily cautions Jade not to be too excited about Casey being with her in case it's one-sided, but Jade is confident, only to have her hopes dashed when Casey arrives and tells her he has feelings for Alison.
Meanwhile, Luke and Noah are suspicious of Kevin's squirrely behavior. Casey tells them that his mother no longer suspects Matt, and they start to realize that Kevin was one of the only people who knew about Elwood's meeting at the bridge and therefore is a suspect. They follow Kevin and hear him talking to Mark and their suspicions are confirmed. They convince Kevin what Mark is doing is wrong and its time to turn himself in. They all head to the warehouse.
While over at the warehouse, Mark is about to give Alison a lethal dose of drugs when Matt arrives, having gotten Alison's message and scares Mark off. As Matt is about to take Alison to the hospital, Casey arrives, misunderstands Matt's intentions and knocks him out, taking Alison to the hospital himself.
Later at the hospital, Matt arrives, a mess from Casey's beating, and Casey realizes he was wrong about Matt. Jade is waiting for Casey as he leaves Alison's room, humiliated, leaving Alison with Matt.
Mark comes to and finds Luke, Noah and Kevin outside looking for him. Betrayed, he hits Kevin with a lead pipe but stumbles in the process, almost going over the edge. Luke and Noah save him just as Margo and the police arrive.
