{mosimage}Episode #13,192----Kit catches Carly and Sam looking like they're about to kiss. Sam covers and convinces her he was just lending Carly a sympathetic ear. After Kit leaves, Carly wants to know why Kit is acting like she never dumped Sam. Sam covers, when Carly steps away, Parker tells Kit her boyfriend was scamming on Parker’s mom while Kit was gone. Sam denies Parker’s accusation, and Carly tells Kit that she’s sorry but Parker lied. Parker, shocked that his mom took Sam’s side, runs off. JJ tells Carly and Jack that Parker’s run off.

Paul tells Emily he intends to win Meg back by proving Holden didn't kill Dusty. She gets a call from Jack, telling her to come to the station for questioning. Emily accuses Paul of sending the cops after her. Paul has no evidence to prove Craig is guilty, but he thinks Lucinda might. Paul tells Emily the best way for her to defend herself is to pin Dusty’s murder on someone else. Paul tells Emily that if she’s really over Chris, she’ll help Paul bring him down.

Jack tells Holden and Lily he’ll question Emily about the night Dusty died – unofficially. Bonnie rushes in, horrified that Holden is speaking to the cops without his lawyer. She insists it’s her job, not Jack’s, to protect Holden. Bonnie tells Holden that if he’s going to put Lily’s fate ahead of his own, she can’t defend him anymore.

Days of our Lives' Brendan Michael Coughlin enjoys playing Tad and being a new dad

When asked what it is like to play Tad on Days of our Lives, Brendan Michael Coughlin shouts exuberantly, "I love him!"

Coughlin has been playing the so-called behind the scenes instigator for the last two years. He has no family that is ever mentioned on the show, but he is there. He came on as Will's (Guy Wilson) best friend, but when it became clear that Will was gay, Tad did everything but bash and degrade and mock him. The irony? At the recent wedding of Will and Sonny (Freddie Smith), he was best man. Go figure!

"I know. It has been a wild ride. I did a whole turn around, and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed doing the wedding. I really enjoy playing this guy. He is a total goof-off. He means well, but is always on the wrong side of the rope." Coughlin said. "I have grown to love him. He is comic relief. I always had dramatic roles, so this is fun."
