Episode #13,706 ---- Janet goes to be tested to see if she can donate bone marrow to Liberty, in case the chemo doesn't work. Once at the hospital she runs into Dusty doing the same thing. Dusty helps Janet over her fear of needles and they share an intimate moment, interrupted by Teri. Dusty makes a fast exit, but Teri's quick to realize that Janet and Dusty slept together. Janet can't deny it, but she insists it was a onetime deal. She returns to Snyder Kitchen only to run into Jack who's returned from Fashions with an early Valentine's day gift. It's a little black dress and Janet loves it. Little does she realize that Carly ran into Jack at Fashions and helped him pick the dress out. Later, Janet and Jack are both thinking about how Dusty and Carly, respectively, helped them out earlier. Dusty and Carly share a meal at the diner and commiserate.

Casey and Alison admire the cake the nurse staff made Ali to celebrate her last day at work before the wedding/honeymoon. Ali's still jittery over the news that Mick's been arrested and claims to be James Stenbeck. Emily arrives in the corridor to tell Ali that the DNA proves that Mick seems to be James Stenbeck. Ali gives a scream of horror, but tells a concerned and confused Casey it was a scream of delight because Emily told her that her wedding dress was ready. Casey buys it and leaves them alone. Emily tells Alison not to feel bad for bringing Mick into their lives. Alison's disturbed that she slept with Mick, but she keeps this to herself. Meanwhile, at the Police Station, Paul's confronting Mick, when Mick passes out due to an extreme nose bleed. They take him to the hospital where Ali tends to him in private. He wakes up and Ali assures him that she'll help him and his nose bleed stops. Ali goes to call a doctor, but Mick takes out the guard and asks her to run away with him. Ali complies and they find themselves in the Bell Tower. Paul finds out Mick's escaped and he grabs a gun and leaves Fairwinds. At Tom and Margo's, Margo asks Casey if he's sure he doesn't want to postpone the wedding since Ali may be involved with the Mick/James Stenbeck situation. Casey defends Alison.
