Episode #13,419----Desperate Meg, in labor, calls Dusty to help her because Paul is unconscious, having swallowed a bottle of pills. Dusty gets her to the hospital and gets Josie to bring Barbara there. Dusty, who’s taken for Meg’s husband, coaches her and she delivers a baby girl. Paul, meanwhile, reveals how crazy he is when he searches the corridor for James, whom he blames for his suicide attempt. Barbara goes to commit him, and Paul then sees Josie and mistakes her for Jennifer.

As Lily is with Bonnie, learning Jade could go to jail for life, Luke finds Jade in the house. Jade tells Luke that she was tricked into driving a getaway car and is on the run. Luke can’t convince Jade to get help from his parents and turn herself in, so he misleads her and calls Lily. Everyone promises they’ll help Jade and she won’t spend any time in prison, but when they take her to the police station, furious Jade is taken away in handcuffs and Lily and Luke feel horribly guilty.

Freddie Smith Puts Mark On Character

As an openly gay character, Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis) of Days of our Lives loves the challenge of "capturing the character."

"I do! It's exciting to be able to play this role. This is a big hot topic (being gay) in today's society,"  Smith said. "By portraying this character, I feel like I am making an impact on society, and be able to shed light on something that many people have a fear of."

This week Smith along with Chandler Massey (Will) have shared their first on air kiss. "This role gives me the opportunity to share the variety of experiences of what it is like to be gay," Smith said. "It's like do I come out? Do I stay in? This is about showing two sides."
