{mosimage}Episode #13,378----Still jealous of Dusty and Meg’s relationship, Paul tells Emily he knows what he has to do about Dusty. Worried, Emily questions but he won’t tell her. Later, Emily follows him and sees him talking to Derek, giving Derek money and telling him to plant drugs on Dusty. After Derek goes, Emily tells Paul he’s crazy and tries to convince him not to do it. Paul won’t listen and Emily threatens to tell Dusty but Paul knows she won’t because she’ll implicate herself as having been in cahoots with Paul, thus ruining her chances to be with Dusty. Later, alone with Dusty, Emily is tempted to tell but doesn’t. Meanwhile, Derek goes to Meg and tells him what Paul has done. Meg doesn’t want to believe him, but Derek says he owes her the truth because of what he did for James. Paul comes home and Meg confronts him. Paul tries to deny but Meg won’t have it. She tells Paul he needs to go back to the hospital. Paul won’t and Meg leaves him. James then appears to Paul and tells him he knows what he has to do.

Lily sees Dusty at Worldwide and learns he’s bought the company. She’s upset and goes home and tells Holden, saying she’s afraid Holden will think Dusty did it to stay involved with Lily. Holden confronts Dusty who says he did it to help Meg and that Holden needs to stop worrying about Dusty and look after his marriage. Holden goes back to Lily and says they both need to take a leap of faith with each other and trust each other, leaving the past behind. Lily agrees and they finally fully bond.

Derek comes to Bonnie who is cold because he disappeared before they got the chance to know each other better. Derek explains that he’s got a past and felt she deserved better. Bonnie agrees and sends him packing. Later, after telling Meg about Paul’s scheme, Derek returns to Bonnie and tells her he did something good and he’d like a chance to become the man she deserves. Bonnie agrees.

Past Blast

Days of our Lives' Blake Berris enjoys being "twisted!"

As the "twisted" character of Nick Fallon on Days of our Lives, one never knows what to expect, or what is lurking in that "deep thoughts" look. But for Emmy nominated Blake Berris, playing the role is fun, and he loves the challenge of not knowing what is up next.

"I have to tell you...I love this character. The writers' have done a great job resurrecting him," Berris said. The character gets more interesting and more bizarre each episode, and I love it that way."

Berris admitted that when he picks up the script, he is always excited in seeing just what old Nick is up to. He is a member of the Horton clan, son to Jessica and Joshua Fallon. He surfaced a few years ago all grown up and as a shady dark guy terrorizing poor Melanie (Molly Burnett). He was carted off to prison and is now back.
