He goes to her, startling her, and she drops her book. He sees it’s a book of poetry and she’s been ready a poem that was read at Jennifer’s memorial. Inside the cover is her name: Josie Matthews Davis. When he tries to talk to her, she gets scared and asks the nurse to take her away.

Sage is bummed about Jack and Janet’s engagement and doesn’t want to go trick or treating with Janet. At the same time, Liberty blows off Parker to go to a Halloween party with older kids. She meets an old boyfriend of Janet’s and Parker gets an idea. Parker tells Sage to go trick or treating with Janet at the Lakeview. Janet doesn’t understand why she’d want to go there, but she goes along. As Parker knew, Janet bumps into George, her old boyfriend who insists they have a drink. Sage tells her to go ahead because she’s going to see Lisa. Instead, Sage calls Carly and sobs that Janet left her to go have a drink with a man. Carly and Jack rush to the Lakeview and Jack fights with Janet. Carly realizes that Sage set it up and asks Jack to come over. She tells him about Sage taking Janet’s ring and suggests maybe Jack should postpone his wedding to Janet. Sage and Parker hear and are pleased. Meanwhile, Janet tells Liberty what happened, and Liberty gets a clue that it might have been set up.
