... This has been totally unforgivable of Carly. I really don't understand the writers of soaps these days. They have gone way over writing their characters as "flawed" to "disaster." It's not just this soap either. The writers are taking the flaws of our loved characters and turning them into people we don't believe in anymore, love, or even care about. I've always loved the character of Carly with flaws and all; but, she would have never put family and friends through this "dying ordeal" in the past. This has gone beyond being selfish. It's as though the writers are writing for reality shows (some reality!) where everyone goes out of their way to be lowdown and mean to win the big prize! |
