Meanwhile back in Pine Valley, Erica attempts to reach out to Adam, but is unsuccessful. Later, Edmund and Alex admit to Gillian that they are romantically involved. Across town, David is moved by Dixie's continued friendship, and he thanks her for being there for him, and for being his friend. Then, Leo wants Vanessa to grovel for forgiveness. After she refuses, he claims he never wants to see her again.

Then, it's back to Charlotte and Dimitri where Charlotte reveals to Dimitri that Alex is now in love with Edmund.
