Across Pine Valley Charlotte attempts to convince Alex to go away with her, but a protective Edmund refuses to allow Alex to leave. Later, Edmund tells a torn Alex the truth about Charlotte and begs her to believe him. Meanwhile, Dimitri works furiously to gain access to Anna Devane's medical records.

And it's a close call as Tad and Dixie nearly discover Tad's sister-in-law Gillian in a moment of passion with Ryan. Later, Gillian tells Ryan that they must put an end to their affair until she has the opportunity to tell Jake the truth!
