Gillian succeeds in getting that waitress job and is hired by the Valley Inn. Later, Jack tries to get through to Erica about Bianca. In the meantime, Hayley and Mateo find a disturbing reminder of Arlene when they return home. Then, Bianca tells Becca that the tabloid stories are true. She is gay.

While on the other side of town, Ryan's client makes a business proposal. Later, Ryan is shocked when Gillian arrives at the table to take his order. Back to Mateo who takes off in pursuit when he gets word of a possible Arlene sighting.

In the meantime, Erica hires a therapist to talk to Bianca, but she starts to leave when she realizes that Bianca doesn't know that she has been hired. However, in a surprising turn of events, Bianca agrees to talk with her, if she can help her communicate with her mom. Later, Erica admits that she doesn't think that she can ever accept that Bianca is gay.

Then, determined to give Gillian the wedding of her incredible dreams, Ryan decides to go in on the risky real estate venture.
