Dr. Griffith catches on to Dimitri's plans for escape. Meanwhile, Edmund rushes off to Wales in an attempt to help Alex. Then, Arlene and Adam make a hasty exit from the bar after spotting Hayley. Guy corners Alex and tells her that it is time for her and Edmund to die! But Alex manages to charm Guy. The distraction enables her to grab his gun, and turn the tables. But Guy refuses to give up any information on Edmund, or any information on her past. Later, Guy and Alex struggle for the gun, and things end in tragedy for Guy!

On the other side of town, Dixie and Junior pay a visit to Adam but are unable to break through to him. In Wales, Edmund breaks into Bryn Wydd and comes extremely close to opening the door to the room where Dimitri is being held. Back in Pine Valley, Adrian decides to ensure that Tina continues to work for him, so he makes her an intriguing offer
