After David saves his life, Dimitri pleads with him to keep his presence a secret, allowing him the ability to continue to help Alex and Edmund. Later, a devastated Alex realizes Edmund is dead. Then, Adrian urges her to trust Charlotte. Meantime, Tina arrives and demands an explanation from Adrian, and a fed-up Charlotte tells her henchman to get rid of them both.

Across town David asks Dixie to send Erica away after she returns to his office. David later runs into Erica and placates her concerns with a kiss. Later, David blasts Dixie for not getting rid of Erica adequately. This immediately prompts Dixie to quit! Furious, Dixie storms out of David's office. In doing so, she stumbles upon Dimitri.

Then, in an intriguing turn of events, Charlotte finally comes clean to Alex about her past.
