{mosimage}Zach is furious that Kendall turned herself in, but Kendall insists she needed to do the right thing to relieve the enormous guilt she feels. Jack arrives to represent Kendall, who’s moved by Jack’s declaration that she’s still his daughter and always will be. Kendall is released on bail but her legal troubles are far from over. After returning home, Zach tries to keep his temper in check but can’t stand the thought of losing Kendall as his emotions come to the surface. Zach and Kendall make love.

While on the other side of Pine Valley, Hannah gives Adam the information he needs to buy back the pieces of Chandler Enterprises out from under Zach’s nose without Zach ever being the wiser. Hannah bitterly ends her association with Adam and clearly has another plan up her sleeve.

At the same time, Little Adam and Babe celebrate a belated Christmas with JR. Babe and JR briefly clash over her friendship with Richie. JR pays Richie a visit and warns him to stay away from Babe. Richie tells Dr. Chambers that he’s going to put their plan into action sooner rather than later.

The day winds down with Joe being privately concerned about Greenlee.

Days of our Lives makes history with first gay male wedding

The big day finally has come! Days of our Lives made history, and it was no April fools joke. The show is known for its long standing reputation for having storylines that are firsts, or tackling controversial subjects, or going out on a limb. I mean who can forget being possessed by the devil? Well! The show just aired the first gay male wedding making the first such event in daytime television.

The story was handled impeccably, and done tastefully. The same sex relationship has been moving slowing through trials and tribulations for the last several years.

First there was the acknowledging who you are. Then the accepting, and finally the coming out. And now the jubilant wedding of the duo known as WilSon. Will Horton (Guy Wilson) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) is taking the relationship into orbit, or like the old original Star Trek show said, 'to go where no man has gone before,' at least not on a daytime drama.
