Cameron Mathison (Ryan, All My Children) and also a "Dancing with the Stars" contestant, has been named host of the fourth annual "ABC Daytime Salutes Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS" benefit, Sunday, March 2 (7:30 pm, ET) at Town Hall in New York City.
Mathison will join his previously announced co-star and show headliner Susan Lucci. Talent confirmed to participate: Amanda Baker (Babe), Rebecca Budig (Greenlee), Ambyr Childers (Colby), Melissa Claire Egan (Annie), Bobbie Eakes (Krystal), Colin Egglesfield (Josh), Sterling Sulieman (Dre), Leven Rambin (Lily), Chrishell Stause (Amanda), Alicia Minshew (Kendall) Sydney Penny (Julia), Aiden Turner (Aidan) and Walt Willey (Jackson) from "All My Children." Kristen Alderson (Starr), Justis Bolding (Sarah), BethAnn Bonner (Talia), Kathy Brier (Marcie), Kamar de los Reyes (Antonio), Kassie DePaiva (Blair), Farah Fath (Gigi), Catherine Hickland (Lindsay), Brian Kerwin (Charlie), John-Paul Lavoisier (Rex), Hillary B. Smith (Nora), Robin Strasser (Dorian), Tika Sumpter (Layla), Jason Tam (Markko) and Bree Williamson (Jessica) from "One Life to Live" and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli), Sonya Eddy (Epiphany), Anthony Geary (Luke) and Kimberly McCullough (Robin) from "General Hospital." Special appearances will be made by Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg and Elisabeth Hasselbeck of "The View." Talent participation is subject to change.
In addition to musical performances, a variety of packages will be auctioned online. This year's featured item will award the fan with the highest bid the unique opportunity to be flown to New York City and learn a dance routine with Cameron Mathison that together they will perform that night on stage. Additionally, fans will be able to bid on chances to act on stage opposite their favorite ABC stars as well as the chance to appear as an extra on one of the three ABC daytime drama's.
