Sean Kanan (ex-Deacon, B&B; ex-AJ, GH) plead not guilty on September 17 to the misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence. Kanan was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and driving with a alcohol level above the Calif. state limit of .08 percent.
